This is by far one of the most incredible weddings I have ever been too. Held at Catherine Hill Bay, this wedding was so hot in every sense of the word!! Styled by the amazing Envious Events Style & Hire and Pretty as Styling and Events, this one will be hard to beat!! The Bride and Groom are some of the most beautiful humans around and I am stoked to have been part of their day. From Mitch’s green velvet jacket to Kayla’s stunning gown, this was a stunning wedding and will rockView full post »

Sometimes you just don’t know what to expect. This wedding was exactly like that. Held on new years eve at the beautiful Cawarra family homestead in Gresford, New South Wales. Prue’s family has owned this property for generations and it didn’t disappoint. In between her wedding car breaking down moments before the ceremony and me being on edge as our baby was due on the same day, it all turned out for the best and was definitely the best way to bring in the new year. When I think of magical weddings this one definitely comes to mind. Set in the beautiful Hunter Valley at the Peppers Creek Winery, Bridget and Joel couldn’t have chosen a more idyllic location. With around 85 close family and friends to cheer them on, Bridget and Joel pulled out all the stops with a list of fine vendors to make sure this vintage themed wedding came together.

Rachel and Tom’s wedding was what I would call magical. Shared with friends and family from all around the world, this was lining up to be something special and it did not disappoint. Their love was infectious, their wedding was amazing and I felt honoured to be part of it. I really don’t think any more words are needed for you to feel the love shared at this amazing wedding!View full post »
I always try and think of something profound to say but always seem to get lost in my words, so I am just going to keep this one simple. I have known Jeremy and Emily for a little while now and I can honestly say you probably wouldn’t meet two nicer people. They are what you would call gentle spirits. We went into Newcastle recently a snapped a few engagement photos, but half my luck the rain came down again and the sun was nowhere to be seen. As we walked around the light faded quickly,View full post »
A couple of weeks ago I had the absolute pleasure of photographing some beautiful people. They didn’t book and we didn’t have plans.
I had actually got talking to Aaron and Laura at Aaron’s cousins wedding I was photographing a few months earlier. They told me they had been married for a couple of months, they had hired a photographer but their wedding photos were not what they had expected. As we got talking we decided to do it all over again, they took the opportunity to get back into theirView full post »
In nearly exactly one month from today Gabriella and Jason will say I do, in the majestic Hunter Valley. But before that happens we made sure to get some beautiful photos to commemorate their engagement. As I arrived at Jason’s family home on the outskirts of Maitland, the bright sunny day was slowly disappearing and the dark black clouds were starting to roll in. Even though our session was cut short by the rain, it wasn’t all bad, these images make every second worth it!View full post »
You know when you meet someone and you feel an instant connection. That is Kimmi and Tye, I feel as though we have been friends forever. They are just beautiful people, the kind you want to be around. It was a little overcast, the rain was starting to fall, but just as the sun was setting the sky opened up and the light was majestic. Our little walk around Newcastle was not in vain but an opportunity to create awesomeness….This is why I photograph people in love!View full post »
He is 7 months old tomorrow. I cannot believe how quick this has gone, one minute he is laying on his back he cannot move, the next he is rolling from his back to his tummy, then commando crawling across the floor, from a commando crawl to a full crawl and now he is pulling himself up and making a mess wherever he goes. Dvd’s on the ground and baby wipes pulled out, are just two of the things that are now re-occurring events. Maybe his Mum and Dad need to put things away because IView full post »
I have met a new friend and she owns a caravan. This is not any caravan it’s somewhat special, it is Maudie Macs Travelling Tea House . This awesome travelling tea house will bring the party to your door…It’s all about high teas, cup cakes, and so many other delicious goodies. If I were getting married again, I would definitely invite Maudie Mac’s along for the ride. Recently the beautiful Maria asked me to come and photograph a High Tea Hens Party…What anView full post »
